     its personal preference. altho silver is the most popular lately. if you want to get technical it would depend on your complexion.

     I don't know now, there may be some validity to your question, Ive slept with 2 guys one name T.J. who went overboard with the mouth piece, With gold diamonds and rubies and his winkidink was super duper booper small. I am not exagrating it was the size of my pinky.

     But Antonio Powers from Compton, wheew that thang was huge! He had about 6 across the top, the average gold mouth. So it was 50/50, but If the brotha goes overboard its something to think about.

      I think it would attract people once because it is novel and unusual, but not have a good rate of returning clintele. Why not just add one luxurious item to the menu and craft the rest of the menu around good food?

      i don't know etrade specifically, as any specific broker could require more than required by the exchange. Most do go with exchange minimums, though.

      Remember that if something gets more or less volatile, the exchange can increase or decrease initial and maintenance margin levels.

      currently its 25 for a 1-lot trade outright position.
